✅ When Returns Are Accepted

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

1. Incorrect Stitching

If your outfit is not stitched according to the measurements you provided, we’ll happily accept a return or offer alterations where applicable.

2. Faulty or Damaged Products

If your item arrives torn, damaged, or faulty, you are eligible for a return or exchange. Clear photographic or video proof must be shared with our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.

❌ When Returns Are Not Accepted

To maintain hygiene and quality standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

Change of mind or dislike after delivery.
Wrong size selection not matching the measurement chart.
Customized or personalized orders (color changes, fabric changes, etc.).
Slight color variation due to lighting or screen resolution.
Minor differences in embellishments or pattern placements.
Late return requests beyond the allowed time window.

🕒 Return Request Timeframe

All eligible return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Please email us at support@mwishstore.com with the following:

Your order number
Reason for return
Images or video showing the issue clearly

📦 How to Return

Once your return request is approved:

We’ll share the return shipping instructions via email.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is on our end (e.g., damaged or incorrect stitching).
Please ensure items are unused, unwashed, and packed securely.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, a store credit will be issued for your next purchase.
In some eligible cases (such as damage or stitching errors), a full or partial refund may be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
